c708c3fa37 result.h - fix bugprone-suspicious-semicolon warning
Fixes:
  system/core/base/include/android-base/result.h:
  133:94: warning: potentially unintended semicolon [bugprone-suspicious-semicolon]

Bernie says:
  it probably means that there's a parser bug with "if constexpr"

  maybe, at static analysis pass, the "if constexpr" was evaluated to false,
  and the compiler removed the "then" block from the AST...
  ... and then it thought you had written it that way :-)

beffc028d6 Add macros to check for successful Result
These macros are meant to be used in tests:

  Result<File> maybe_a_file = OpenFile(...);
  EXPECT_OK(maybe_a_file);

On failure, the error is printed.

There's no equivalent EXPECT_NOT_OK() because it is a testing anti-pattern
which causes tests to pass even when the error changed as a result of a
regression. Use EPECT_EQ(result, Error(...)) instead.

f8e6bf6d81 Check Errorf()/ErrnoErrorf() format string at compile time
fmtlib provides compile time checking of format strings that we're not
currently using. This change makes Errorf() and ErrnoErrorf() into
macros such that we can take advantage of this capability.

Test: build successfully normally
Test: fail the build if using an invalid format string

b90dcc07d3 Create android-base/format.h that includes fmtlib headers
We're already including fmtlib statically in libbase, so let's also
expose its functionality directly.

Also create a small benchmark of the most common operations for
format() and StringPrintf(): int, float, and string arguments. Note
that fmt::format is faster than StringPrintf() in all of these cases.

Test: build, run benchmark

20524ed6a2 Add Errorf and ErrnoErrorf
String formatting for error message can be done by using Errorf and
ErrnoErrorf. e.g. `return Errorf("{} failures", num_failure);`

The string format follows that of fmtlib, not printf.

df7d32753e fix: passing ResultError to Error thru operator<<
It is typical to pass error to callers like following;

    if (!result) {
      return Error() << result.error();
    }

To transfer errno(or ResultError#code()), Error defines a specialization
operator<<(const ResultError&).

This change fixes so that ResultError is properly handled

8fd64c8af1 Move result.h from init to libbase

to libbase so that they can be used from other places.
