9642232f13 Initialize si_code in siginfo. 
There was at least one failure due to si_code being unitialized
and then examined.

Test: Run the 32 bit and 64 bit version of the unit tests on angler.

cbe70cb0a8 debuggerd: advance our amazing bet. 
Remove debuggerd in favor of a helper process that gets execed by
crashing processes.
