d506dac0a0 adbd: open functionfs ep0 as O_RDWR. 
We need to read from ep0 to poll for events.

613cbb42e6 adbd: extract functionfs fd creation. 
Extract common functionality that will be useful for implementing a
nonblocking Connection for functionfs.
