ec5aa591e8 adb: don't cache failure to get features.
When we're waiting for the device to show up (e.g. `adb logcat` with the
device not connected), we can transition from the feature set being
unavailable to being available.

Test: `adb logcat` with device disconnected

fb4616b200 adb: fix feature sets on devices that don't have them.
Previously, we weren't distinguishing between nonexistent devices and
devices that don't support features, resulting in lots of stuff being
broken for pre-N devices.

6fc26dff7c [adb] Don't copy features set on each get()
The features are already cached in a static and don't change.
Let's return the cached set instead of copying it every time.

ba6d1da8ea adb: add option to disable kill-server.
In the post-apocalypse, it's increasingly common for people to use ssh
port forwarding to use an adb client with a remote adb server. This
results in `adb kill-server` being catastrophic, because the client has
no way of restarting the server on the other end. Android Studio in
particular has an unforunate habit of trying to manage adb's life cycle
such that starting or exiting Studio will result in a kill-server.

Add the ADB_REJECT_KILL_SERVER environment variable which ignores
kill-server, to make this scenario a bit better.

4456b5fc15 Support socket activation of adb server
Socket activation allows adb to be run as a system daemon that starts
only as needed and supports race-free transparent restarts of the adb
server after a client issues an "adb kill-server" command.

27241a7a96 Revert "Revert "Add a way to turn off unique_fd's operator int.""
The original commit broke aosp-master-with-phones, because of
vendor libraries the depended on the int versions of libbase functions.

This patch reverts the revert, and also adds ABI-compatibility shims for
the replaced functions.

This reverts commit 2c58e1924a.

93d63c010a Add a way to turn off unique_fd's operator int.
unique_fd's implicit conversion to int has led to tons of problems (see
all of the overloads for close, fdopen, fdopendir, etc.). Add a switch
that can turn it off, and reduce the ridiculous amount of work to fix up
callers by introducing a borrowed_fd type that can be constructed from
either int or unique_fd.

5fe40a66b2 adb: Fix return value in error case
When we introduced __adb_check_server_version() as a function
returning a 'bool', we missed missed converting once instance
of "return -1;" to "return false;". Thus, we're returning 'true'
in this case as our non-zero value gets implicitly converted to
'true'.

We fix this case as well with this CL.

c8ad0ca69d adb: really make kill-server wait for server death
It doesn't seem like b3c14ec693 was really
waiting for adb server death because the server would write OKAY to the
socket, causing the client to return from ReadOrderlyShutdown() before
the socket was actually closed.

The fix is to read the OKAY and then call ReadOrderlyShutdown() which
will then wait for the socket to be closed.

Test: Made the server hang in adb_server_cleanup() during kill-server
and kill-server would hang (as desired).
Test: To test resilience, tried preventing the server from sending OKAY and
adb kill-server still worked properly.
