Andreas Gampe 04054e28e2 LibNativeBridge: Add testing 
Change PreInitializeNativeBridge to have a different path for
the host to allow testing. Add a test (needs root privileges).

Add a test for NeedsNativeBridge.

Change error reporting to use strerror.
