Michael Krebs 65682f9007 crash-reporter: Add "image_type" key to crash reports for dev builds ... For crash reports sent from developer images, annotate them with an "image_type" key set to "dev". This is so other people know they can be ignored. The key will be set to "force-official" if the $FORCE_OFFICIAL environment variable is set for non-developer images.
