Patrick Tjin c38720a962 libsparse: Add .csv and sha1 options for simg_dump.py 
Adds CSV output option to output blocks to a CSV file.

Adds option to output SHA1 sum for each block.

Addressed misc lint errors

Test: compared output with previous version
