Boot v4 is mostly compatible with boot v3, so these minimal changes
should be sufficient.
The newly introduced field of v4, signature_size, is left zero because
this field is only meant to be read by VTS testcases, so the value
doesn't matter for the debugging purposes of boot and flash:raw.

To improve boottime, we want to run odsign in an asynchronous fashion;
but there are 2 places where we do need it be sync:
1) We need to know when it's done using its key, so that we lock
keyrings and advance the boot stage
2) We need to know verification is complete before we start the zygote
These are indicated by odsign using separate properties.

Use sorted std:vector instead of std:map to store
the mapping between chunk-id to COW operation.
Addtionally, use shrink_to_fit to cut down vector
capacity when COW operations are stored.
On a full OTA of 1.8G, Anon RSS usage is
reduced from 120MB to 68MB. No variance observed
when merge was in progress.
